Prevalence very rare
Prognosis benign

Mixed squamous cell and glandular papilloma of the lung, is a rare benign lesion of the lung.[1] It is also known as a mixed papilloma.[2]

General

Microscopic

Features - both 1 & 2:

  1. Glandular elements without significant atypia.
  2. Squamous elements without significant atypia.
