Pathology and food is strange combination.

• Strawberry gallbladder = cholesterolosis of gallbladder
• Chocolate cyst = endometriosis
• Sugar-coated spleen = hyaloserositis of the spleen
• Apple core lesions = circumferenial gastrointestinal tumour (usually sigmoid colon)
• Salt-and-pepper chromatin = stippled chromatin (characteristic of neuroendocrine tumours)
