Testicular abscess, also abscess of the testis, is a rare occurrence.

- May mimic a testicular tumour.[1]
Clinical:[2]
- Scrotal pain.
- Scrotal swelling.
Microscopic
Features:
- Abundant neutrophils.
- +/-Microorganisms.
