CDX2 is a commonly used immunostain.
Normal
- Intestinal epithelium.[1]
Pathology
- Intestinal adenocarcinomas +ve.
- Colorectal adenocarcinoma.
- Small bowel adenocarcinoma +ve/-ve (~43% +ve in series of 189 cases[2]).
- Ovarian mucinous adenocarcinoma +ve.[1]
