Eosinophilic enterocolitis is eosinophilia of the small bowel and colon.

- Uncommon.
- Associated with food allergies, esp. in children.[1]
Microscopic
Features:
- Eosinophilia.
- Eosinophilic abscesses.
DDx:
- IBD.
- Infection.
- Drug reaction.
