Nuclear pleomorphism

Nuclear pleomorphism is a common finding in malignant lesions.
It is the marked variation of:[1]
- Nuclear size.
- Nuclear shape.
- Nuclear staining (esp. hyperchromasia).

Anisonucleosis
Anisonucleosis is often used as a synonym for nuclear pleomorphism, though is not exactly the same as it does not include variation in staining. Anisonucleosis is variation of shape; iso- means equal,[2] an- means not.[3]
