Epstein-Barr virus-associated smooth muscle tumour is a very uncommon soft tissue lesion.[1]
General
- Immunosuppressed individuals.
- Caused by Epstein-Barr virus.
Microscopic
Features:
- Spindle cell lesion.
DDx:
IHC
- SMA +ve
- Desmin +ve/-ve.
- CD34 -ve.
- CD117 -ve.
