Eccrine spiradenoma is a benign skin thingy.

General

  • A painful skin lesion.
  • Benign.

Microscopic

Features:[1]

  • Dense nests of cells in the dermis; "dermal blue balls".
  • Apocrine differentiation, i.e. apocrine snouts.
