Lung transplant pathology is a little subspecialty in the subspecialty of lung pathology.

  • Usual DDx is infection.

Microscopic

Features:[1]

  • Perivascular lymphocytes / plasmacytoid cells.
  • +/-Macrophages.
  • +/-Eosinophils.
  • +/-Neutrophils.
