Succinate dehydrogenase

Succinate dehydrogenase, abbreviated SDH, is an enzyme complex in the citric acid cycle and electron transport chain. It is localized to the mitochondria.

Immunostain

It is used to look for mitochondrial disease.
Loss of staining is pathologic.
