Hidradenitis suppurativa, also known as acne inversa,[1] is a benign skin condition.

General

  • Uncommon - <1% of population.[2]

May be associated with:[3]

Gross

Features:

  • Location - classically intertriginous areas.[4]
    • Axilla, buttocks, groin, inner thighs, breast (inframammary fold).
