Pulmonary blastoma is a very rare small round cell tumour of the lung.

Subtypes:[2]
- Well-differentiated fetal adenocarcinoma (WDFA).
- Classic biphasic pulmonary blastoma (CBPB).
- Pleuropulmonary blastoma - considered a separate entity.
