Tamoxifen

Tamoxifen is a drug that an anti-estrogen effect. It is used to treat breast cancer.

The classic teaching is that it increases the risk of endometrial cancer; however, the risk is quite small or possibly negligent.[1][2] Use is also associated with endometrial polyps.
