Leiomyoma of the urinary bladder is a benign smooth muscle lesion of the urinary bladder.^[1]

Microscopic

Features:^[1]

Smooth muscle tumour lacking:
- Nuclear atypia.
- Necrosis.
- Mitotic activity.

DDx:

Leiomyosarcoma.
