Clinical:

• Lymphadenopathy.

Clinical DDx:

• Lymphoma.

Microscopic

Features:

• Lymph node with non-necrotizing granulomas with a xanthomatous appearance.

DDx:

• Lymphoma - clinical DDx.
• Foreign body granuloma.
