- Teratoma and other germ cell tumours (GCTs).
- Seminoma/dysgerminoma is the most common.
- Terrible lymphoma.
- Thymoma.
- Mix of epithelial cells and small lymphoid cells.
- Thyroid gland.
- Metastasis.
