Giant cell lesions appear from time to time.

- True neoplasms:
- Giant cell tumour of bone.
- Giant cell tumour of soft tissue.
- Giant cell tumour of the jaw.
- Undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma with giant cells.
- Osteosarcoma with giant cells.
- Non-neoplastic:
