AE1/AE3 is a common immunostain that marks keratins. It is considered a pankeratin by most.
Positive
- Most or all carcinomas.
Sarcomas:
- Chordoma.
- Desmoplastic small round cell tumour.
- Others.
Negative
- Most lymphomas.
- Most sarcomas.
