Eosinophilic cholecystitis is a rare type of cholecystitis.

- Clinical presentation like acute cholecystitis.[1][2]

- Eosinophilic cholangitis.
- Hypereosinophilic syndromes (HES).
- Parasitic infestations.
Microscopic
Features:
- Gallbladder wall with inflammtory infiltrate that is >90% eosinophils.[1]
