• Pathology Outlines - a good general resource if you have a good handle on the basics - though frustrating to navigate.

• Online case studies (path.upmc.edu) - a large set of really nice cases with, unfortunately, mostly crappy low resolution images.

• Cases at Johns Hopkins (jhu.edu) - highly recommended but broken.

Collage of American Pathologists

• Case of the month (cap.org) - virtual slides, usually interesting cases.

• A series of surgical pathology cases (histopathology-india.net) - this site has caught my attention previously 'cause of the frustrating low quality micrographs.
