Cystinosis is a lysosomal storage disease and very rare.[1]
General
- Rare.
- Associated with nephrolithiasis (renal stones)[2] and renal failure.
- Autosomal recessive.[1]
- Mutation in cystinosin gene (CTNS).[3][4][5]
