- Axilla, buttocks, groin, inner thighs, breast (inframammary fold).
Microscopic

- Apocrine ducts plugged by keratin and dilated - key feature.
- +/-Bacteria and inflammation in the congested ducts.
- +/-Fibrosis (late).
