I have a relatively quick way of generating PubMed references:
- Find the PubMed abstract & determine the PMID, e.g. [1]
- Goto: http://librepathology.org/cite-gen/
- Enter the PMID.
- Click 'Generate'.
- Copy & paste the text in the 'Result' box into the wiki page you are editing.
