Renal mucinous tubular and spindle cell carcinoma, abbreviated RMTSCC, is a rare malignant epithelial neoplasm of the kidney.
It is also known as renal mucinous tubular spindle cell carcinoma and mucinous tubular and spindle cell carcinoma of the kidney.[1]

Features:[5]
- Mucin (foamy macrophages) - may be scant.
- Spindle cells - key feature.
- Small tubules - lined by cuboidal epithelium.[4]
