- Benign and rare.
- Typically asymptomatic and hormonally inactive.[1]
- Symptoms: back or abdominal pain.
- Diagnosis - usu. by abdominal CT.
Treatment:
- Watchful waiting if small (<=7 cm) and asymptomatic.[1]
