General
- Caused by Klebsiella rhinoscleromatis.
- Nose involved +95% of the time.[1]
Gross
- Nasal mass - may be deforming.

- Lymphocytes.
- Plasma cells.

- Rosai-Dorfman disease - usu. has emperipolesis.[3]
