- Long/tall.
- Infertile.
- Nondisjunction of sex chromosomes.
- Eunuchoid body proportions.
- FSH elevated, minimal Facial & axillary hair.
- Estradiol/testosterone ratio elevation.
- LH elevated, Leukemias risk increase (AML), Learning disability.
- Testosterone low.
- Small penis & testis.
- Gynecomastia.
