			These tumours look like colorectal adenocarcinoma. Beta-cateninin is the one stain that is useful; in primary adenocarcinoma the nucleus is negative and in colorectal cancer it stains the nucleus.

			In these types of cases, the history should be scrutinized for a history of [[colorectal carcinoma]] and urothelial carcinoma. A history of urothelial carcinoma raises the possibility of ''[[urothelial carcinoma]] with glandular differentiation''. It's ''not'' [[urachal adenocarcinoma]] as it isn't in the dome.
